The Name Titles support file contains a list of name titles that you can use when registering clients or loan guarantors in the system. These should be adopted by the organisation as the main titles for all clients that are entered into the system.
How to Add Name Title labels
To add Name Titles you go to Support Files ->Name Titles and a screen like the one below shows up:
Click on the Add button to add the name title and repeat this for all possible name titles. The added name titles will appear in the scroll space. Then click on the Close button to exit the menu.
How to Delete\Modify Name Title labels
To delete\modify a name title label you go to Support Files ->Name Title and a screen like the one below shows up:
From the list of the displayed name titles in the scroll space, click on the label that you want to delete\modify. The variables for the selected title will be displayed in the Name Title text box.
To modify the label make the necessary changes and click on the Update command button. To delete the label click on the Delete command button.
Click on theClose command button to exit the menu.
